Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Flavorade Extracts. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and receiving the new item.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
